The problem

Client demand for AI features arrived faster than specialist engineers could be hired. They wanted senior AI people inside their own process and repositories rather than an outsourced black box — and a repeatable way to prove an AI feature was safe to ship.

What we built

• Named senior engineers embedded in Mindtech's squads, in their repos, their standups and their sprint rhythm
• A reference architecture for agents, retrieval and integrations, reused across client projects instead of rebuilt each time
• An eval harness and guardrails in CI, so every model or prompt change is gated before release
• Knowledge transfer by design: documentation, runbooks and pairing, so their own team owns what ships
