Who we are
This website is run by Infinevo Tech Private Limited, Delhi, India. TheFinansol is a brand of Infinevo Tech Private Limited. We decide how the personal data collected here is used, which makes us the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the controller under the GDPR and UK GDPR for visitors in those regions.

What we collect
We only collect what you give us, or what the site needs to work.
Chat with the AI assistant
Your messages, and any name, email, phone, company, country, budget, timeline or project details you choose to share.
Booking a call
Name, email, and optionally company, phone and notes, plus the time and time zone you pick.
Contact form and email
Whatever you send us: usually your name, email and message.
Analytics (only if you accept)
Pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and referring site.
Technical logs
IP address and request details, kept briefly by our host to run the site and to limit abuse.
Please don't share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data in the chat or forms.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss a project. This is what you ask for when you contact us, chat or book, and it is our legal basis for using those details (your consent, and steps before a contract).
- To schedule and hold meetings you book, and to send the invitation.
- To understand which pages help people, only when you accept analytics cookies (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse such as automated spam (our legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
The AI assistant
The chat assistant is an AI, not a person. It answers from information we have approved about our work. When you share contact details or confirm an enquiry, it passes a summary and the conversation to our team so an engineer can follow up.
To generate replies, your messages are sent to our AI model provider (currently Anthropic). Under its commercial terms, conversations sent through its API are not used to train its models. The AI can make mistakes, so please treat its answers as a starting point and confirm anything important with our team.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers. They process data only on our instructions and only for the purpose listed. Some are based outside India, including in the United States and the EU; where data leaves your country we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Vercel
Hosts the website and processes request logs.
Anthropic
Runs the AI model behind the assistant. Conversations are sent to it to generate replies.
Microsoft 365 (Outlook / Teams)
Holds our email and calendar: delivers enquiry alerts and booking emails, and holds the meetings you book.
EmailJS
Delivers messages sent through the contact form.
Google Analytics
Measures site usage, only after you accept analytics cookies.
PostHog (EU)
Measures site usage and clicks, only after you accept analytics cookies.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and emails: for as long as we are in discussion, then up to 6 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
- Bookings: the meeting stays in our calendar; the site's own copy is removed about a week after the meeting.
- Chat history in your browser: until you close the tab.
- Analytics: up to 14 months in Google Analytics and up to 12 months in PostHog.
If we start working together, project records are kept as our contract and the law require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or complete it;
- delete it;
- stop or restrict using it, or withdraw consent you gave;
- nominate someone to act for you (India).
Email info@thefinansol.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 30 days. This address is also our point of contact for grievances under the DPDP Act. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, API keys and credentials stay on our servers and are never sent to your browser, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
This site is not meant for children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you here before any change that affects how existing data is used.
